Youth Action Project Grant Scheme
Helping provide new and existing youth-led initiatives with grants essential to continue their work during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Foundation for Young Australians and the Australian Government Department of Health developed the Youth Action Project Grant Scheme to improve outcomes for young people with a focus on transport, mental health, employment issues, and recovery efforts in response to COVID-19 and the Australian Bushfires.
Grants of between $5000 and $20,000 were allocated to new and existing projects that support young people aged 15 to 24 as they navigate and recover from these ongoing challenges. A total of $16,850,491 was requested at an average of $15,733 per project.
