Young Mayors Program Manager QLD
Based in her hometown of Gimuy/Cairns, Jenna manages the Young Mayors program in Queensland, collaborating with councils, young people and communities to empower young people as decision makers in local government.
Her previous experience includes establishing creative social enterprise for children and young people, 100 Story Building; partnering with local councils, physical activity providers and advocacy groups across Victoria to bring VicHealth’s This Girl Can campaign to life; and leading the marketing and engagement team at Footscray Community Arts Centre.
She is also a graduate of Social Traders ‘The Crunch’ social enterprise program; with the support of the Ian Potter Foundation, has pursued professional development in philanthropy, community development, and the arts in New York City; as well as arts programming for children and young people in San Francisco.
